Extended Product Warranty

We want to make sure you have the peace of mind when purchasing jewelry online, therefore, we are offering our Extended Product Warranty. If you choose to purchase our Extended Product Warranty, you will be covered within normal wear and tear for an additional 1 year from receiving your ring.

Coverage:

The Extended product Warranty can be purchased no later that two days after the product had been received (delivery tracking information).

The Extended Product Warranty covers stone loss, plating issues and minor scratches.

The Extended Product Warranty does not cover theft or loss.

The Extended Product Warranty can be used only one time per item.

The Extended Product Warranty is for one product only. Please purchase additional coverage if you would like to cover more than one item.

Please note any repairs done by any jeweler or repair service other than 2 On The Moon, LLC will automatically void any warranties or services provided by 2 On The Moon, LLC

We also reserve the right to revoke this service to anyone seeming to abuse the service, with intentional damage or stone removal.

Special arrangements will be made when the product that was covered by the Extended Product Warranty needs to be returned/replace/updated.

I recently purchased this Alexa Ring. My hands are small but this ring looks perfect on my finger. It
has teardrop, emerald, and round cut stones. All cuts shine beautiful. It is a ring that attracts

I'm over the rainbow!

I ordered the Jocelyn ring in a small size for my pinky. I began wearing pinky rings in my 30s and this is the cutest I've ever owned! I bought the rainbow earrings too for when I want to be matchy-matchy. I was due a refund and they credited my card without me asking. Excellent Customer Service!

i like these earrings. two of the stones were bright and would have preferred all of the stones to be brighter.

Such a beautiful fun ring

I was looking for a fidget ring that had gold and silver colors in it to wear with everything. This ring is very pretty and so much fun to wear. The sunflower spins so you can fidget with it. I also bought the Flower Stud earrings in gold to wear with when I want a fun look.

These earrings are not real diamonds, but they look like they are. I have a white gold & diamond ring that almost matches this, and I wear the earrings and the ring together, and am complimented on them both (thinking they are a matching set). Thanks so much!!!
