Refund/Return Policy
If you're not in love with your purchase, we want to make you happy. However, please understand that we are a small family business and we cannot accept returns or exchanges that do not follow the Refund/Return Policy detailed on this page.

Our Standard Return Policy : In order to return an item you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order ( tracking number will be used to check delivery history). The item/items must be new, undamaged and in the original packaging. If these requirements are not met, the request will be denied. If you return items that have been denied, the items will be returned to you at your cost.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
! Purchases made with a discount/ promotion: Refunds are not offered on products that were purchased at a discount of 40% or more. This condition includes all orders using a promo code of 40% off or more or a BOGO promo code. However, we will offer store credit or an exchange for these purchases if they are within the 14-day return period and is in new condition (please check our Our Standard Return Policy above for details).
Late or missing refunds :If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (please check our Our Standard Return Policy above for details). However, if you need to exchange your item for a different size (rings) we will gladly help you as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (please check our Our Standard Return Policy above for details).
Did you change your mind? If you order an item by mistake or you changed your mind and your item has not been shipped (we usually ship no later than 48 hours) please contact us at hello@2onthemoon.com and a full refund will be issued immediately.
Special Situations Returns : In the exceptional case when we agree to a refund that is out of our Standard Return Policy we will retain a 20% restocking fee and a flat 3.99 shipping fee ( the 20% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund).
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Extended Product Warranty : We want to make sure you have the peace of mind when purchasing jewelry online, therefore, we are offering our Extended Product Warranty. If you choose to purchase our Extended Product Warranty, you will be covered within normal wear and tear for an additional 1 year from receiving your ring. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We reserve the right to reject/refuse the refund for items that do not fit the qualifications mentioned above. The customer will pay to have the items shipped back to them if items are sent to us outside of the time frame and/or not approved for return!!!
